Vikings Vibe Check Week 3: Game Preview, Bets, & Final Score Prediction Vs Buccaneers
The Vikings went into Soldier Field last week and won a sloppy black and blue division game 9-3 against the Bears. This brings the Vikings to 2-0 on the season and in the NFC North. You couldn’t dream of a better start, especially given the…
Gophers vs. Washington: Time to Show Some Fight + Game Prediction
The Gophers face a tough road test Saturday night when they travel to Seattle to play the #23 Washington Huskies. The Gophers went 0-5 on the road last season and haven’t won a road game since they beat little brother to the east in Madison in the…
Walker Jenkins Is Finding His Swing At The Big Leagues
You can’t keep a swing as pure as Walker Jenkins’ in a slump for too long. Here’s the turnaround: 12-for-27, a .444 batting average, three home runs and ONE strikeout over his seven games from September 17–23. The homers will get your…
The Case for Case: Maybe the Vikings Should Have Kept Case Keenum
I’m going to say something that sounds ridiculous. Case Keenum might be the best Vikings quarterback I’ve ever watched. Not the most talented. Not the best career or the guy I’d take first in a quarterback draft. But for one season? Give me 2017 Case…

John Hynes Earned This Extension. Now Comes the Hard Part.
When the Minnesota Wild hired John Hynes in November 2023, the reaction wasn’t exactly enthusiastic. Most fans understood why the move was made. Dean Evason’s message had grown stale, the team was underperforming, and a change was needed. But…
The Gophers Loss to Mississippi State is the Most Inexcusable of the PJ Fleck Era
The Gophers were blown out at home against Mississippi State on Saturday, losing 38-13 at Huntington Bank Stadium. I’m writing this a couple of days later as I’ve been out of town for a friends wedding, but I’ve been stewing on some…
